Is there on-site parking?

Yes, there is free parking in the carparks next to our PlayCafe (this is a priority for us when looking for new venues.) We always encourage walking, cycling, scooting, piggyback riding to our play café where possible. We have space to safely store pushchairs etc when you arrive so please don’t worry about that.

Can I request a refund on my booking?

Unfortunately, bookings made are non-refundable.

What are your opening times?

Our opening hours at our Peterborough site are:

What is the age range for soft-play?

Children 0-8 years


How much do you charge to use the soft-play facility?

£3.99 for 90 minutes play.

Any children under the age of 1 can use the soft-play if accompanied by an adult. You will be required to book and pay for any children using the soft play.

Do you offer private hire?

Yes. We would love to host your event whether that be a birthday party, baby shower or even a corporate family fun day! Please see our Party Packs which can be booked online or contact us for more information regarding our venue hire options.

Do you have a lost property?

Yes. We will retain any lost property for 30 days. After which, any unclaimed items will be donated to the charity shop next door.

What age is the play equipment suitable for?

The soft-play is suitable for ages 0 to 8 years inclusive.

Do you have a baby change facility?

Yes. Bottle warming and highchairs are also freely available.

Can I pay via Cash and Card?

Yes both are fine.

Am I allowed to take photos or videos?

We understand that you would like to capture the special moments we know you will have during your time at Full of Beans Bourne so we do allow this. However, you must only take photos or videos of your own children.

Do you limit the children’s play time?

Yes. We have a maximum play time of 90 minutes to ensure all children and families are able to enjoy the facilities here at Full of Beans. If you require a longer stay, a new charge will be applied at 90 minute intervals.

What should my child wear to use the play equipment?

Socks are compulsory to maintain our high levels of hygiene and protect your little one’s feet. Shoes are not permitted whilst playing on the equipment. We also ask you to tie back long hair and avoid loose items of clothing where possible.

Can I breastfeed my child?

Yes, we are a breastfeeding welcome café. We aim to offer a safe and comfortable environment for all to enjoy.

Can I leave my children while I pop outside the building to visit the shop next door?

Unfortunately not, your children must not be left alone and are your responsibility at all times.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes. Please speak to a member of staff with details of your exact requirements and we will do our best to cater for your needs. If you have very specific allergies, please call ahead to allow us time to source the very best alternative ingredients if required.

Do you have a special area for my baby/toddler to play in?

Yes, our specially designed ground floor level is fully equipped for babies and children under the age of 2.

Can adults use the play facilities?

You can enter the equipment for the purposes of tending to and retrieving your child if necessary. Although it may look great fun for you too, adults unfortunately aren’t allowed to play.

Can we bring picnics with us?

No. At Full of Beans Bourne we are proud to offer a wide selection of excellent value, freshly made food and drink options that we trust you will enjoy. Therefore, we ask you not to bring your own food and drink onto the premises with the exception of baby milk and baby food. Please see our menu here.

How old must an adult be to supervise a child?

Adults must be aged 16 or over to supervise.

What do I do if my child has an accident?

Please report it to a member of staff as we may need to record it or take action to prevent further incidents.

Do you have Rules of Play?

Yes, parents must read the Rules of Play board located on the front of the soft play equipment before their children can play. Parents must ensure their children play in a friendly manner. Children found to be upsetting other children will be asked to leave the play equipment.
