Terms and Conditions


Party deposit payment

  • Your deposit of 50% secures your party booking.

  • Your 50% deposit is calculated on your estimated number of children at the time of the booking.

  • You will have the opportunity to adjust your numbers at the final payment stage (14 days before the date of the party).

  • Each additional child will be charged at a flat rate of £7 per child.

  • Minimum party numbers are based on 10 children.

Discounts/offers

  • Please note: we cannot apply without a code nor add a discount once the final payment has been received.

  • Promotional codes or discounts may have an expiry date. After the expiry date, the offer code or discount will not be valid.

  • All offers are subject to availability.

  • Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.

  • Full of Beans reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations

  • Cancelling your party less than 30 days before your party date (and not rescheduling) would mean 50% of your party cost becomes non-refundable.

  • Cancelling your party less than 7 days before your party date (and not rescheduling) would mean 100% of your party cost becomes non-refundable.

  • Cancellation of your party with less than 24 hours notice will be referred to the establishment owner who will reserve the right to make a decision to offer an alternative party date.

  • If you wish to reschedule your party (without incurring an administration charge) we would need a minimum of 14 days notice prior to the party date. In the event that this notice is not provided, Full of Beans Bourne reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £30.00 upon rescheduling.

  • If you postpone your party due to sickness, your party can be rescheduled without incurring an administration fee, providing at least 48 hours notice is provided.

  • Rescheduled parties are required to take place within 6 weeks of the cancellation date.

  • A party that is already booked cannot be moved to a future date to fall within out 30-day refund criteria.

Final payments

  • Please note that your party is nor confirmed until final payment has been received. Final payment is due, with your final party numbers (and any additional information) 14 days prior to your party date. When confirming your final numbers, we are unable to offer any form of refund once your final payment has been processed.

  • Once final payment has been received you may increase your numbers within reason and in line with our maximum capacity.

  • Full of Beans reserves the right to refuse extra party guests if you have reached our maximum venue capacity.

Unexpected party guests

  • We are able to cater for up to 3 additional party guests on the day without you notifying us – as long as you have not reached our maximum venue capacity (the additional guests must be paid for before the commencement of the party on the day).

Adult catering & party extras

  • You are able to purchase party extras as detailed within our party pack. In order to add any of these following your initial party booking and deposit payment, we would require at least 7 days notice before your party date. 

    Please also note any extras purchased after the 50% deposit payment are required to be paid in full.
     

  • Any adult catering can be added as an extra upon your party booking. Should you wish to add any adult catering following this we would need any requests at least 7 days prior to your party booking.
    Please also note that any additional adult catering added after the 50% deposit payment, is required to be paid in full.

  • Please be advised that the cafe facilities will remain open for the duration of your party booking and refreshments can be purchased by your party attendees on a pay-as-you-go basis.
